Recent CQC inspection feedback.

We had our most recent unannounced inspection on 16th December 2016. The company was in the process of big changes, we were moving offices and welcoming Charlotte Andrews on board as a director along with Tracy Huggins & Trish Fudge.
As a result of these changes we felt the company needed a revamp, and a company name change was in order. We are no longer 'Star Care', the use of that company name was in the process of closing around this inspection.

We feel that our most recent report does NOT reflect the true results that our company can and does deliver, our standard of care given is ultimately FANTASTIC!
We're confident that our next inspection will outshine the last one and show the hard work that ourselves as directors and our carers put in to make 'Star Care (Bristol) Ltd' the company it is today!
